  Every time I have had an appointment at MY Archwell site, the medical staff has been warm and friendly. They were punctual, and to the point concerning my care. I most definitely recommend Archwell for any of your medical needs.

  Facility is brand new and beautiful. Staff is courteous and attentive. Doctor listened and did a through health exam.

  I am very grateful that an Agent told me about Jeanell McLaurin. She is such a wonderful person. She is caring and has a big heart. I am a Christian and I know I was meant to be her patient. She is so sharp. She looked over my file and told me things that the other doctor who I had but retired. God moves in mysterious ways. I also wrote a review on Twan but I don't see it. Jeanell has such a big wonderful heart also. When I talked to her today to let Jeanell know that I had a new phone number. In the middle of the conversation, I said to her, I know who you are. You are the one who helped me find the button to flush the toilet. We laughed together. I had never seen a toilet with the flush button in the back of the toilet.   Very, very, well. They knew more about me than I knew about my self. I have never been to a Primary Care that are very on top of things. This is the first time in a very long time I feel I will get the care I need!!!

  The team works like they are all there for you. Dr. Fialho takes the time to meet your needs. He even pays attention to the small things.
