  I expressed interest in attending my first Cyclebar class mid December 2023 but I had to cancel my appointment. It has now been nearly a month since that cancellation and every week nearly on a DAILY basis during that time I have received non-stop phone calls and voicemails, then it progressed to a combination of phone calls, voicemails, AND texts messages! For nearly a month straight! I politely texted back one of the girls to "please stop texting or calling me, and when I'm ready for a class, I'll book one." The very NEXT day I received yet ANOTHER phone call and voicemail (this was literally Tuesday this week here we are in January and the harassment still continues)! I called them back and left a message on their voicemail firmly but politely telling them to stop calling me because this is harassment at this point! Fast forward to today Saturday, they called me and left ANOTHER voicemail, I'm thinking it was a voicemail to apologize for all the harassing calls, voicemails, and text messages. Nope it was them asking me to book a darn appointment! 🤬. I was seething at this point. Called the same studio back today and spoke with a young lady and asked to speak to a supervisor, she said they don't have one at that location, I then told her I have texted them and left a voicemails at that studio asking them to stop calling me, she stated they don't have voicemail, I said how's that when i left voicemails before, she then said well we don't check them. What!?! This place is the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. Block their number if you miss your first "free" class because they will HARASS the hell out of you! You all just lost a potential customer, because of your harassment, and unprofessionalism! If I knew you guys were going to harass me like some sleezy salespeople I would have never applied! BEWARE OF THEM!!!

  Had a great time! Fun and motivating instructor, place was clean, bikes were high quality, cool towels at the end was awesome.
