The pace learning as a first timer at Pilates was great they let you know if you needed to change anything you’re doing, the equipment was well kept, and the staff were super nice. I normally get nervous in group settings but this place was relaxing and welcoming and I felt really good after. I definitely will be signing up for a membership as I can see myself coming several times throughout the week and I can’t wait! Plus they give a discount to military, first responders etc. which is also a major plus.

Didn’t let me take a class bc I didn’t have grip socks, didn’t offer to let me borrow any and there was nothing sent out prior stating I needed them. I have always taken Pilates barefoot at every other studio I have been to. They were so rude I would never come back here and they need to seriously re-consider who they hire because they were terrible
