  I really appreciated everyone at Clay Eye, from reception to the Doctor. Can't hardly wait to go back and get my new glasses. Surgery comes next month and I'm even looking forward to that. Thank Y'all from the bottom of my HEART.

  Very busy in this office on appointment day, but all the staff that assisted us were very efficient and pleasant. Dr. Islam was very knowledgeable and caring-explained everything. Would highly recommend this practice.

  BEWARE!!! Very disappointed with the service at this location. I experienced an eye irritation/infection in both eyes after a recent routine eye exam at the Mandarin location. While my initial appointment seemed to go well, the very next day after my appointment for a routine exam, I woke up with my eyes swollen, red and extremely itchy. I was advised to come back in for an assessment. They were unable to determine the exact cause and advised that the issue should clear up in a few days. They then charged me for the follow up visit. I would recommend going somewhere else that takes more responsibility for the care of their patients and don’t charge you for issues caused by their service.

  I love that this office is fully staffed and you get taken care of right away when you walk in. All of the doctors I have seen here so far have always been on time for my appointments which I appreciate since I have to go to work. They are very thorough which I appreciate. I have not had to have any surgeries or anything yet but it's coming and I hope they are as good in that area as they are in your regular exams and some of the small stuff for your eyes. I am definitely happy with this Mandarin location! Dr Harmel is a retina Dr and is very nice and thorough. Dr Dupree is very professional. I am very happy with this office!

  If I can truly give this establishment & Dr Powell a zero star I would. My experience here has been nothing but horrendous & distasteful. I was refer here after my crosslink surgery for scleral lens, I truly was so excited to be able to see clearly since I haven’t in a very long time. But these people turn that dream into a nightmare real quick. They did not get my fitting right not 1 or 2 times but 5 TIMES!!!!! 5 freaking times that this doc could not figure out the fitting for my lens. As I am writing this right now the contacts are fogging up. At times it felt like he was just guessing the numbers for the fitting, not caring, nor worried about the situation. I explained all my frustration to the assistant there but useless. Please if you’re a service member who got refer from NAS Jax to here, DO NOT GO! Tell them you need another refer some where else. Anywhere but here. MONTHS WASTED, MONEY WASTED, & at the end I’m back to square one. UPDATE: the picture posted is what the last pair of contacts did to my eye. Please do not come here.
