  I had such a great experience with getting my eyes checked to picking out glasses. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Thank you to the woman that check me in to Dr. Kinosvatter who was a great listener to Dawn who finalized my order. When I went back to get my glasses, I got the time wrong and the woman who worked there was walking out of the door. I wish I got her name. She was amazing and even remember my name. She told me she didn't want me to have to come back to get my glasses and got my glasses for me. I even told her, I know it's past your stop time, I'll try them on and I'll bring them back if they don't fit right and she said no: Try them on. This is more than a 5-star experience. She could have easily told me to come back tomorrow but she wanted to give excellent service. Extremely impressed with her customer service skills! I wish I could give all of your employees 10 plus stars. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I will be back anytime I need eyewear. Thank you, I appreciate all of you!
