I had such a great experience with getting my eyes checked to picking out glasses. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Thank you to the woman that check me in to Dr. Kinosvatter who was a great listener to Dawn who finalized my order.
When I went back to get my glasses, I got the time wrong and the woman who worked there was walking out of the door. I wish I got her name. She was amazing and even remember my name. She told me she didn't want me to have to come back to get my glasses and got my glasses for me. I even told her, I know it's past your stop time, I'll try them on and I'll bring them back if they don't fit right and she said no: Try them on. This is more than a 5-star experience. She could have easily told me to come back tomorrow but she wanted to give excellent service. Extremely impressed with her customer service skills!
I wish I could give all of your employees 10 plus stars. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. I will be back anytime I need eyewear. Thank you, I appreciate all of you!

Frequently Asked Questions About Roger L. Wilson, O.D.
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What is involved in an eye exam?
An eye exam involves a series of simple but comprehensive tests that allow your optometrist to assess your vision and your eye health. Your optometrist will discuss the results of your eye exam with you and determine the right prescription to help you to see your best.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
