  Id leave a 0 if I could. I Went to this office thinking I'd visit a Dr Mendez. Been here 3 times and have never seen a Dr Mendez in the office. Normal male testosterone is 325 - 800 .. I was instructed to do blood work in which my insurance was charged 2600$ with 500$ coming out of my pocket for a full panel blood work... My Test levels were 350 in which is low and I felt horrible at the time. My previous Dr had no issue providing me with a prescription for a small 200cc Test boost.. The Non Md guy that's not the DR , I guess the Aesthetics guy; told me to take Vitamins and maybe it will come up and in 2 more months we can do more blood work at ANOTHER 2600$ and 500 out of my pocket.. This isn't my first rodeo, I was on Test previously This office has made a fortune doing basically nothing for me.. They try to keep you in a revolving door with little to no kind of help. I should have listened to the previous reviews.. If you choose this place make sure to see a real MD and always stay moving in the long waiting room... the motion lights go out quick

  I was a patient here for at least 10 years until I moved to the west side and changed primary care doctors. I have been trying to obtain a copy of my records since JULY. I’ve called and left messages and I’ve emailed - someone finally responded in November and asked me what I needed and told me I only have 1 visit on file. I responded minutes later advising I’ve been a patient there for at least 10 years and asked yet again for my entire record. We’re now in January, and I still have not received a response. At this point I am not sure what to do other than reporting this to the Florida Department of Health or any other agency who will take the information. I am incredibly frustrated that essentially 10 years of my medical history is just….missing and/or this office just refuses to provide it to me for some reason. I do, however, continue to receive marketing messages and mailings from them. Beyond ridiculous. Stay away.

  Dr. Mendez is awesome! She has been my primary care Dr. for many years and I hope for many more to come! Love her.

  I was very impressed when I walked into Dr Mendez office to see my NP… The office staff was very nice and professional…The waiting room and bathrooms were very CLEAN…The nurse, Sharon was professional and very nice…
