Exam was fine, ordered new glasses. No call they were in. Called one day and no one answered. Voicemail full. Called store main number, was told someone called out sick so optical was closed. 1 person calls out and you shut it down? Came in for glasses pick next day. They can’t print prescription in store. WiFi issues. They can send via email, no secure email.
