After that time the right lens cracked from the screw post to the center of the lens. Two eye doctors told me that the lens was installed incorrectly and screwed in too tight. Now I am out over $500 and need new lenses again. I am a vey unhappy customer!

Bouchra, Rosemarie, and Beatrice are all incredibly positive, helpful, kind, and efficient. I can’t count the number of times they have fixed a lost screw from the frame, replaced frames on the spot if they had them in stock, adjusted her frames so they wouldn’t fall down her nose (after lots of wear and tear!), placed orders super fast, and have done it all with so much grace. Steve is absolutely incredible. With each prescription change, he gently, creatively and accurately makes sure her pupils are in the middle of the lenses (very difficult to do with an ever-moving and sensitive little girl :)), and his knowledge and experience has been so helpful to us. They all genuinely care about our daughter and ask us about her all the time. One of the biggest reasons we love this place besides the amazing people, is the quick turnaround. When they submit our daughter’s glasses order (we have a protection plan and utilize it heavily!), we often get them back within 5 days and have had no issues with how the lenses were cut (a common issue we used to experience), and they are always perfect. I don’t often review places but felt compelled to share!
