She is truly concerned with my severe hearing issue and has never gave up trying to improve my hearing! She gives me hope as I want to hear better as much as possible. She always makes me feel welcomed every visit (which warms my heart) and takes her time with me never feeling rushed! Miss April is very knowledgeable and always tries for the right adjustments with my hearing aids as my hearing changes now and then. I highly recommend Miss April because you won’t find anyone who is truly concerned!

They immediately diagnosed the issue; determined the best (and least expensive) to fix the issue; fixed it and I was out of the store in roughly 5 minutes. Their front desk staff are simply awesome. The best I've ever worked with and in addition to being efficient and effective they were very pleasant to work with. Gave them 5 stars only because I couldn't give them 6!
