  Highly recommend! I came looking for help with common anti-aging strategies as well as help for balancing hormones at the start of menopause recently. My consultation with Dr. Howard Spinowitz was very in depth. He is very patient friendly and wise. Also, with their concierge business style, any and all messages, updates or questions are answered extremely quickly! Dose changes are also addressed fast and medications are sent out in a timely manner. I have not experienced any delays! I have experienced major and significant changes to issues like lack of energy, lack of concentration, hip and back pain, and migraines, among others!
