  We see Dr. Summers and Nurse Practioner Courtney. We love Courtney! This staff is always positive and responsive. They really do treat you like family here. Anytime night or day you can get help if you need it just a phone call away.

  If I could give a negative star? This place would get 1000. Let me start by saying that Dr Tara Conner is one of the most unprofessional Doctors I’ve ever met. When my father passed away from COVID 19, she told my son it was his fault. That’s the start of many more screw up’s by her and her team. Which, we’ve only seen HER like 3 times in 5 years. My mother has had issues with her thyroid for decades. And have to come find out that for several blood tests her thyroid has been high. NEVER TOLD US THERE WAS A PROBLEM. Just said she was ok. So we have no idea how long it has been this way because of her incompetence. Oh, and she requires a yearly Medicare office visit, which I called Medicare personally. They do not require anything like that. But if you don’t go to see her for something during the year? That’s her way of getting her money. And when we did need her when my mom was sick? We couldn’t get in to see her. We had to go to a walk in clinic. Earlier this week my mother fell and went to the hospital. She needed 9 sutures. They told us to follow up with our primary care Dr and have take out the stitches. I called before we left the hospital and had to leave a message. Next day, left another message. Today I called and was told that she has a new primary care doctor and Dr Conner will not see my mother. That’s why I don’t get a call back. Her new doctors appointment isn’t until JANUARY. So now, I will take my mom back to the hospital to have them take the stitches out. I wouldn’t trust her to treat my dog let alone a family member. She and her office is useless. Unprofessional. Honestly? For what she’s done with my mom, she should lose her license all together. If I can report her? I will. She needs to stop practicing, she’s a danger to the community.

  If you have the option of different doctor's office, I suggest you use it. Inverness Family Care has huge issues with their office staff. The receptionists are consistently rude every time you call, if you can even get through, bills take over a year to arrive to you and they never can tell you how much you owe them, and at one point when I was desperately in need of an appointment one of the office staff, who I believe was the office manager, was so rude and condescending to me that he had me crying in the waiting room while he belittled me. I'm so glad that I do not have to go to this office anymore so I don't have to deal with the staff. That being said, I've never had an issue with any of the nurses and the doctors had been helpful to me, but its not worth the trouble.

  Inverness family care sent me wife to an out of network provider for lab work.this was a preventive care exam and should have been free but we pay the entire bill at lab core ,and she had just done lab work a month earlier ,they could be getting a kickback for sending patients to out-of-network contractors where the cost is higher,why else would they send a patient to an out of network contractor,you will want to avoid this place as they will send you where they want you to go rather than where your in-network provider is,its my opinion the district attorney should investigate this practice to see how much fraud is really going on here. (UPDATE) It seems they have had a change of heart and have since corrected this issue.
