  My massage therapy at Family Chiropractic visit gave me the care that I needed. Mary Beth did a wonderful job. She took her time to understand your pain and areas of problems. The massage therapy wasn’t only for comfort but integrated clinical care that is so undervalued in the healthcare field today. It will be great health insurance fully covered this type of care. My visit was well worth it. Thanks again Mary!

  Due to the fact that I was new to the area, I was a bit skeptical about trusting a new chiropractor. Fortunately, I found Family Chiropractic Center for Wellness to be very professional and honest. The care that I received exceeded my expectations because they offer excellent service and state of the art equipment. Dr. Andy is very personable and listens to concerns, and the entire team should be commended for the care that they offer. I also extended my care to include massage, and MaryBeth is truly the BEST! I hope to continue receiving treatment through this practice for many years. DP

  This is a state of the art chiropractic office with the friendliest staff and doctor you will ever meet. They explain every single thing.....xrays, financial, and necessary treatment. No complaints. Wish my other doctors would learn from them. Great experience.

  I am going to leave my original review below, but I have revised the star rating because the staff were very diligent in quickly making things right. I can tell they care about their patients and they want everyone to have a great experience. They admitted they dropped the ball and asked for a chance to make it right. I am very pleased with the care I received, and all the staff are very polite and friendly. I truly believe my initial experience was a fluke and not how they typically operate. I am very glad and impressed that they went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and felt comfortable returning. Original review: Save your time and go somewhere else. For my first appointment, they were running 30 minutes behind and didn't have time to finish the appointment, so asked me to come back for the second part a different day. They didn't do any adjustments, just took x-rays. When I came back a few days later, they were running 40 minutes behind. I got moved from one waiting room to another waiting room, then put into an office and had to wait longer. Dr. Andy finally came in and pulled up my xrays and told me to scroll through them and let him know if I have any questions, then he left the room to go adjust another patient. Over an hour after my scheduled appointment time, he finally came into the room and sat down to review my xrays. He rushed through them, then told me to wait again for someone to come in and talk about billing before I got adjusted. The girl that came in was unable to give me any helpful information about what I might owe. She just kept saying, "you should be good, but they might come back and say you owe something and we'll let you know." She was not transparent about any of their pricing, even after I asked how much the xrays would cost during my first visit. After an hour and a half past my appointment time of my second visit, I still hadn't gotten adjusted, so I asked how much longer it was going to be. The lady said she wasn't sure because the doctor was with a new patient. At that point I got up and walked out. There's something off about this place. I can't tell if it's genuine incompetency or if they're trying to be sneaking, but I'm not sticking around to find out.
