  This is the most knowledgeable place I have ever been. They are helping me with something no other doctor would take the time to see. Of u have underlying pain or anything tell them they will help you. Dr Patell, Dr Tony and Dr Alexander are the best in my book!! Literal life savers...✨️

  I’m writing this review to advocate for patients and share my experience. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and was not called into the adjustment room until 10:40 AM—an excessive and unacceptable wait time, especially after completing all paperwork online in advance to avoid delays. Once I was finally seen, a staff member asked me a full set of intake questions that I had already answered beforehand. This made the online paperwork feel pointless and poorly utilized. What was most frustrating is that I was then told I would not receive an adjustment during this visit. That was never made clear when I scheduled the appointment. Patients come in seeking care, not just consultation and additional services. Instead, I was presented with information about X-rays and treatment plans, which felt more like a sales approach than patient-centered care. There was also an immediate push toward a “special plan,” which raised concerns about the office’s priorities. As a nurse, I found this experience disappointing. Transparency and respect for a patient’s time and expectations are essential in healthcare. If the first visit is strictly for evaluation and imaging, that should be clearly communicated upfront so patients can make informed decisions. Overall, the visit felt more focused on generating revenue than providing immediate care. I ultimately chose to leave without treatment due to the long wait, lack of clarity, and overall experience. I would encourage others to ask detailed questions before booking and be aware of what is (and is not) included in the initial visit

  I highly recommend this place. They make you feel welcome and seen and heard. Didn’t feel judged at all. I had X-rays done in the office, got a tens unit and stretchy bands to help with my recovery. The staff is very friendly and caring. Never felt rushed at all. Thank yall for making me feel comfortable going to a chiropractor and for making me feel better again!

  My Physian in New York told me 8 months ago that I needed revision surgery on my hip. I was in a motor vehicle accident 11 years ago in an unmarked Police care for the state of. New York January, 2015. At that time the Doctor used 10 bolts to put my acetabulum back together and he repaired my Femeral head. Fast forward to me staying in Florida Port Richey area winter 2026. I reached out to Doctor Brian and his staff for help rrelieve the pain in my hip and back area. Since he has started adjusting me I can walk with freedom and no more paid. Dr. Brian listened to me, they worked on the area of pain and immobility and today Dr. Brian actually adjusted my right hip in such a masterful way I walked out of the office with no limp and no pain. I felt him pull my hip out and now it feels like my lower limbs are even again. Nothing short of the medical miracle I have been praying for. Short answer this practice is professional. There concerned with your health and the doctors are willing to go the extra mile to make you whole again. Thank you for caring Doc. John Pestillo

  I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and serious concern regarding the chiropractic care my husband received at your facility approximately a year ago. It is critical to note that he explicitly informed your practitioner about his previous spinal fusion, a vital piece of medical history that necessitates an extremely cautious and tailored approach to any adjustment. Despite this clear disclosure, the adjustment performed was alarmingly forceful and, in our view, severely reckless. The practitioner's method was excessively rough, causing immediate distress and ultimately leading to a catastrophic failure of his existing fusion. Within a mere 24 hours of the appointment, my husband's condition deteriorated to such an extent that he required emergency medical intervention, culminating in a highly invasive and costly surgical procedure to replace the damaged fusion. This traumatic experience has led us to believe that your practice, unfortunately, appears to prioritize patient volume and financial considerations over individualized, meticulous care, particularly when dealing with patients who have complex medical histories. The physical suffering, emotional distress, and significant financial burden inflicted upon our family as a direct result of this negligence are immense and frankly, unacceptable. We urge you to critically re-evaluate your patient intake procedures, treatment protocols, and the training of your staff to prevent such preventable and damaging outcomes for future patients. If I could give zero stars, I would.
