Nothing open after 5pm for kids in the keys!(urgent care) Just absolutely LOVE this urgent care. The staff is amazing, the MD’s are amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience at NCH. I also recommend my families and friends up this way and worth the drive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart NCH staff for being amazing to all my kiddos !

Always my go to place for kids. I try to avoid the hospitals as much as possible. We’re usually in and out. I’ve never had a bad experience. Highly recommend taking your little ones here.

Fast service but doctor gave us a wrong diagnosis after looking at my toddler for less that 2 minutes and not running tests to confirm the diagnosis. Had to go to his pediatrician again to figure out what was really going on.

Horrible experience! Every time I go here is worst than before, it’s unbelievable this is a children’s hospital. Wouldn’t recommend you to go here. They don’t care about your child, nurses are amazing, not their fault. I am a nurse manager at a hospital, and I can tell you I know for a fact this hospital is horrible. Doctor came after 4 hrs there, and she seemed lost. Had to request labs because not even that they wanted to do. I believe this hospital’s service should have a better service ( is children you are dealing with)

I will never understand why there are so many people in healthcare who are completely unprofessional and could care less about having good service. My wife was trying to call at 9:30 to verify closing because we have a toddler with ear pain and nobody would answer the phone . Left to go because we live 12 minutes away. Kept calling on the way and nobody answered until 9:50 when we were almost there and was told “well we lock the doors at 10 so we can’t see you”.
I truly hope facilities like this all get shut down because it’s not like the service is free and why bother work in healthcare/urgent care if you’re not going to actually care about helping people.
