The first thing you learn is to not assume how a patient feels. The first thing she does is rush her mouth and say my daughter “does not feel uncomfortable “ I asked her why I would bring her if that was the case and she said because I know what uncomfortable looks like. I am so upset and I have never been treated this way in my life. The advanced nurse practitioner (not doctor) Santos was rude and rushed us in and out without caring to hear about the fact my child has an actual food allergy. I will be reporting her crude and rude behavior to management of this event care. Would never see her again

The check-in process was smooth, and we were seen quickly. The medical team was absolutely amazing with my child. They took the time to explain everything in a calm, reassuring way that made both of us feel comfortable. You can truly tell they specialize in pediatrics — they knew exactly how to talk to my child and ease their fears. The facility was clean, organized, and clearly designed with kids in mind. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and compassionate. As a parent, there is nothing more important than feeling confident in the care your child is receiving — and this team exceeded our expectations. I’m so grateful we have such a reliable, high-quality children’s urgent care in our community. Highly recommend!
