  The Quest Diagnostics experience was exceptional, highlighted by immediate service with no wait times, a rarity that significantly eased the process for my son. Karol was particularly outstanding; despite my son's history of difficult veins, she expertly drew his blood on the first attempt, demonstrating remarkable skill and patience that minimized his anxiety, to the point that my son didn't cry or even feel a thing. The entire staff contributed to this positive experience, being universally friendly and professional, making the visit remarkably pleasant from start to finish.

  I had an appointment. Showed up a little early, but they took walk-ins before me and waited longer than I usually do at other quest locations. Not very pleased with this location. 😕

  I scheduled appointment online (recommended). I checked-in using the link sent from Quest by PH-message (Check in is available 10 mins before the appointment), went inside the Center, the place was full as expected in a Saturday, and just wait to be called- remember to bring lab order. The technician was nice and friendly.

  Worst office ever. Run away from this place. The nurses are so rude. I waited for more than two hours, only for them to tell me in the end that they couldn't do it that day and that I should come back the next day.
