  Coach Dominick is one of the best trainers, he challenged you. But at the same time he doesn't over push you.His Cardio workout is one of the best, he doesn't only put you on the machine to do the easy equipments. He gives you the hard stuff that's gonna condition you to get the best results possible. I went from a 234 pounds to 202 since I was going to the gym. Please check him out. You won't regret it.

  I informed this gym in early February that my credit card had been lost. I immediately paid my monthly fee online using a different card, and at that time they even acknowledged the issue and waived the fee they had tried to apply after attempting to charge the lost card. Despite that, they have since attempted to charge the same lost card three more times. Now they are refusing to waive the resulting fees and claim that the new card I used to successfully pay my membership “isn’t registered in their system.” Apparently they are capable of taking the payment but not capable of recording it properly. Because of this, they have now blocked my access to the gym, meaning they were happy to take my money but won’t allow me to use the facility. Basically they tricked me into paying dues for a membership they won’t honor. And honestly, even if the billing wasn’t a mess, the facility itself is in poor condition. The ceiling leaks, the bathrooms are consistently filthy, and machines are frequently out of order. I overlooked all of that until now, but the way they handle billing and treat paying members is the final straw. If you’re considering joining, be aware that you may end up dealing with billing issues, poor maintenance, and a management team that refuses to fix obvious problems. I hope they do the right thing and resolve this issue, as of now they might just continue running up the tab on a card they know is inactive.

  EXTREMELY reasonably priced; great hours. Plenty of equipment. Too many treadmills. This is your gym. Don’t bother searching around.

  I have been working out for the past five weeks at Youfit Gym in Dania Beach. When I first started, I weighed 245 lbs, and today I weighed in at 225 lbs. I owe it all to Billy, the manager, and his wonderful staff. Billy has personally walked alongside me and encouraged me every step of the way to keep pushing forward. This place is truly amazing, and I’m so grateful for the support and motivation I’ve received here.

  I have had a new beginner’s phobia for starting the gym for many years. I have gone to many gyms and was not impressed with the customer service or the attention to details with the staff. At YouFit in Hollywood, Vishon and Esther is the absolute best!!! The moment I walked in, their calm friendly attitude was most welcoming.. I signed up for the gym that same day and added a personal trainer. I have been going 95% of the time, the 5% of times that I didn’t go in due to illness, the staff would text me to find out how I am feeling and wishing me all the best since they have not seen me. When I don’t have scheduled training the staff throughout the gym will ask questions about your comfort and if you need help with knowing how to use another equipment that you are not familiar with. This gym is beginner friendly and makes new members VERY comfortable and eager to come to the sessions each day. The environment is very clean and the members are mindful of each others safety and comfort. Number 1 recommended gym!!! ❤️❤️❤️
