  After working with 2 other home health agencies, I found Bayshore Home Care and have been a client for 3 years. Working with the Holiday office, my experience has been most outstanding. The office staff actively listens to my wants, evaluates my ongoing needs,and matches the best CNAs/Home Health Aides/Caregivers to my situation. Professional, helpful, and always taking my calls to address any thoughts, concerns, or scheduling issues. It is a relief having such a caring team to rely on. The Caregivers are trained and experienced in all levels of personal care, attend ongoing educational classes, and are tested to stay current. Other services can include errands, trips to medical appointments, light housekeeping, and meal prep. Whether for long or short daily/weekly shifts, there is a Caregiver to meet the need. I highly recommend Bayshore Home Care, for they make life a little easier and less worrisome for me and my family.

  Exceptional customer support, “hand holding” us all the way. Mother likes ALL of her 24/7 caregivers (a first for the picky 99 year old). Outstanding attention to details; providing transportation to/from appointments; managing inventory and dispensing her pills; daily checks of vitals, observations and alerting us when additional medical attention may be needed. Compassionate friends. A godsend!
