  Despite not having a vein finder the Quest were able to draw my labs. Wish they had one. My future lab draws would much easier on all of us.

  Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en este laboratorio. Tengo 55 años y acudí siguiendo exactamente las instrucciones que el día anterior me dio una empleada, quien me indicó que trajera hoy el recipiente con el esputo para entregárselo a ella. Al llegar, fui atendida por la supervisora, quien salió después de hablar con otra persona y me trató de forma fría, poco empática y con un lenguaje inadecuado. No escuchó mi explicación y me habló de manera brusca, lo que me hizo sentir avergonzada e incómoda. Hubo claramente un malentendido interno entre el personal, pero considero que eso no debe recaer en el paciente. En un entorno de salud se espera respeto, orientación y trato humano, especialmente por parte de una supervisora. Lamentablemente, no volvería ni recomendaría este lugar por la falta de consideración hacia los pacientes.

  I truly appreciated Sara, the lab technician — she was both helpful and incredibly patient. She took the time to explain each step of the process, answered questions with care, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Her professionalism and calm demeanor really stood out, and her patience did not go unnoticed. Sara’s support made the entire experience much smoother and more reassuring.
