  Alejandra provided an exceptional experience she was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect glasses and contacts that truly suit me. Dr. Borsky was equally wonderful. She took the time to show me detailed images of my retina and explained my vision in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand.   Dr. Borsky was amazing! I typically don’t leave reviews for doctor related visits because honestly they’re not the best, but Dr.Borsky was so good she deserves all the stars. This was my first time at an eye doctor and she explained everything so well I feel like an eye expert after the visit. Do yourself a favor and go see her if you ever need any eye exams. Thank me later.

  Lily me ayudó muchísimo con todo el proceso de mi cita de optometría. Fue increíblemente eficiente, paciente y muy amable en todo momento.   Will NOT be using this place again. The day I went to pick out the glasses they submitted the order incorrectly. I was texted by error saying they were ready and they were not. After 10 days waiting I called and that’s when they stated my daughters glasses were lost and had to go pick a new pair… I went to pick the pair and was told the difference will be credited to my account but I had to go in person to swipe the card I used! With out my authorization the funds were credited and when I went to pick up my order I asked for an explanation because I was told the credit will be higher and received a lesser amount. When I asked the associate for an explanation she clearly stated you see all these numbers here are hard to understand and explain. If the associate that works there does not understand the way they charge their clients they SHOULD NOT be working with clients! What bothers the most is that I did not get an explanation and felt like I overpaid for glasses!
