Most of the machines are damaged or malfunctioning, and the worst part is that they've been like this for weeks (some even months) without anyone bothering to fix them. You pay your membership expecting a place in good condition to work out, not to guess which equipment is still working. It gives the impression that management doesn't care about the customer experience or the upkeep of the facility. It's disrespectful to the members who continue to pay every month for a service that isn't delivered. If they don't start taking action and fix the machines, I definitely wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. La verdad este gimnasio deja mucho que desear. La mayoría de las máquinas están dañadas o no funcionan bien, y lo peor es que llevan así semanas (algunas hasta meses) sin que nadie se preocupe por repararlas. Uno paga su membresía esperando un lugar en buenas condiciones para entrenar, no para estar adivinando qué equipo todavía sirve. Da la impresión de que a la administración no le importa la experiencia del cliente ni el mantenimiento del lugar. Es una falta de respeto hacia los socios que seguimos pagando cada mes por un servicio que no se cumple. Si no comienzan a tomar medidas y reparar las máquinas, definitivamente no recomiendo este gimnasio a nadie.
