After being a long-time customer at American Best and Visionworks, I decided to try LensCrafters at Westland Mall in Hialeah. The experience was remarkable. It was as if I had upgraded to first class. The exceptional customer service provided by Mr. Carlos was truly impressive. I contacted the store for information, and after a brief conversation, I felt confident that he would take care of me. His communication was precise and professional. At the store, Mr. Carlos was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the products and processes. The doctor was also exceptional, displaying a professional demeanor and providing an eye exam that was unlike any I had experienced before. My contact fitting met and exceeded my expectations. Mr. Carlos, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your outstanding customer service. I am delighted that I decided to change my optical provider. Your attention to detail and personalized approach made me feel like a valued customer. The overall service and experience were truly remarkable.

I always get my exams and prescription glasses from visionworks. My VSP ended so I gave this place a chance. The eye exams have gotten more computerized since I last had my vision checked but they still charge you top dollar for a quarter of the time it took before. Second, when I got my frames, besides the fact that they were expensive, they were also overpriced. They’re absolute garbage. The legs were already wobbling after 2 weeks of use. And if my toddler gets a hold of them, they turn into play-doh. The prescription lenses son una porqueria!!! Paid extra for scratch and dirt resistant and got scratched from idek what and are an oil and dust magnet. Literally wipe them clean and 1 hour later have to wipe them again. Absolutely horrified with the quality of these “crafters”. The reason I had not checked my vision in such a long time is because my glasses from visionworks were perfect and prescription lasted me a long time. I’m going back to visionworks and throwing away whatever prescription they gave me. Garbage.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique at Macy's

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
