- KMKarina Morales1 day ago1.0Will NOT be using this place again. The day I went to pick out the glasses they submitted the order incorrectly. I was texted by error saying they were ready and they were not. After 10 days waiting I called and that’s when they stated my daughters glasses were lost and had to go pick a new pair… I went to pick the pair and was told the difference will be credited to my account but I had to go in person to swipe the card I used! With out my authorization the funds were credited and when I went to pick up my order I asked for an explanation because I was told the credit will be higher and received a lesser amount. When I asked the associate for an explanation she clearly stated you see all these numbers here are hard to understand and explain. If the associate that works there does not understand the way they charge their clients they SHOULD NOT be working with clients! What bothers the most is that I did not get an explanation and felt like I overpaid for glasses!
