  I love this gym, I’ve been coming here since I was 15 with a number of people like my grandma, friends, and girlfriend. My favorite thing about this place is that it’s alway clean. It’s super welcoming and a great assortment of equipment to use

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best Planet Fitness I’ve ever been to! The Hialeah Gardens location is always spotless, machines are well-maintained and rarely broken, and the whole place just has great energy. What really sets it apart is the staff — everyone from the front desk to the cleaners is super friendly, professional, and actually seems happy to be there. They greet you with a smile, keep everything running smoothly! Black Card amenities are top-notch and the gym never feels overcrowded even during peak hours. Management clearly cares about the member experience and it shows. Easily the cleanest and friendliest PF in Miami — highly recommend this one if you’re in the area!

  I always hate leaving negative reviews considering the staff is usually the ones that take the blow, but if management is reading this, I want to make it absolutely clear that my issues with this gym have nothing to do with the staff. The staff here are kind, welcoming, they walk around to make sure things are okay to the best of their ability, and the greet me every time with energy and a smile. 10/10 staff. However, I used to come to this gym when it first opened and I come here whenever I’m back in town. It feels as if management just stopped caring about this place. The machines are disorganized, about half of the machines are broken in one way or another, the people who come to this gym have no manners, no spacial awareness, no considering to others or the equipment, the dumbbell racks are usually empty because people take the weights an just leave them anywhere they want, when there ARE weights on the rack, they’re disorganized, there are groups of people who take the liberty to do classes here that take up a large portion of the gym for an extended amount of time, today I went in and there was a “class” that just left dumbbells on the open floor for at least an hour without anyone touching them, people slamming weights for no reason, the building is too small for a gym this size, and the gym-fluencers who take up equipment posing for their followers is aggravating. It should be a simple process for everyone, but any time I go in there, it’s one headache after another. Thank you for adding more cardio machines, though. This gym just needs a huge restart maybe somewhere else nearby. Thanks!

  I’m moving to the area in January and stopped by to check out the gym. Tab was really kind and helpful and gave a great tour. The place is clean, organized, and the weights actually get re-racked now compared to years ago! Pretty sure this’ll be the gym I join when I move.

  Staff has all been friendly and the gym is clean and comfortable. Only issue is, it seems there is no hot water in the showers. I’ve asked the front desk a few times now and no one has had any input. I come on my lunch break and the ice cold shower is enough to push me to another gym :(
