I’ve asked the front desk a few times now and no one has had any input. I come on my lunch break and the ice cold shower is enough to push me to another gym :(

- GMGabriela MOct 7, 20252.0This isn’t my closest Planet Fitness, but it’s definitely one of the cleanest locations I’ve been to. However, it’s been months now and two of the three Smith machines still aren’t working properly. The middle one is extremely stiff, and the one on the far right has been completely out of service for a while. Mind you, there are only three Smith machines here, so there’s currently just one working properly. For months they’ve also been promoting that new gym equipment is coming in, but all they’ve done is move machines around. Let me also add that talking to the staff does absolutely nothing. The machines will sit broken down for months, and it doesn’t speed up the process of getting them back up and running. It’s frustrating because this location is clean and has potential, but the lack of maintenance and follow-through really brings the experience down.
- RHRoy HarperSep 30, 20252.0The machines are all squished together so it’s hard to workout without being in someone way, two benches were taken out of place and left somewhere random for no reason, the weights are ALWAYS disorganized, there were two groups of people hogging up the back corner of the gym joking around and another group hogging one of the cable machines. Staff is cool, they seemed just as tired of the people who go to this gym as I was and it was clean. I’m glad I moved away from here.
