  Good luck getting a spot. Booking is a nightmare. On the weekend one has to pray for someone to cancel to see if the waitlist moves you up, and hours are not always the same so you have to plan your life around their classes if you want to get any exercise. They won't let you book two classes in a row, they won't let you cancel if you're sick, and if God forbids your plans change less than 12 hours prior to the class, they are merciless taking your credits and will happily and unapologetically do so. They would even consider it a full class if you attend a trial one, which is only half hour, but you had no choice because that's the only thing available. Classes are good, management is terrible, never on the customer's side. I'll be canceling my membership, it's been a waste of money, a constant headache, and I was not able to benefit from it at all not because classes are not good but because they make it impossible for you to actually attend on a regular basis.

  My experience at this Club Pilates has been nothing but pleasant and welcoming, great atmosphere, client support and understanding. I was a member of the Pembroke Pines location and they had no regard for the way they treated their members and never had reasonable management or front desk. Completely different experience. I love it here and enjoy every class I attend!

  I enjoy my daily classes at Club Pilates in Hallandale, FL. The instructors are very knowledgeable and classes are never the same. It’s a great place to start or end your day with them.

  Never did Pilates before and when I started the instructors have all been amazing and encouraging. Club is always friendly and spotless. Definitely a 5 star place for anyone to join

  The worst management - they are not understanding at all, do not care about you and do not resolve any issues. They will charge you for every single thing and when you want to cancel your membership you get charged $100. The classes are always overbooked and during the classes no one comes to correct your poses. Previously I was a member of Oasis in Hallandale Beach, I never got charged for canceling a class when I was sick and I was given a few days extension to complete my classes when I was out of town. They were so nice and understanding, classes were better and they would come and correct if you were doing something wrong. I hate Club Pilates and I can’t wait for my membership to be over.
