  I’ve been a loyal member of Club Pilates for over 2 years, and I’m extremely disappointed in how I’ve been treated. When I signed up, I clearly explained that I have lupus and other rheumatology-related health issues, and I was told the studio would accommodate me when needed. That understanding is why I committed. Recently, I called the morning of an evening class (giving 10+ hours notice) because I was not feeling well and had a medical appointment where I had fluid drained from my legs. I even offered documentation. Despite this, I was still charged a fee. This is not about the $15 — it’s about the complete lack of compassion and professionalism, especially from the current manager, Sophia, who was dismissive and unhelpful. I have reached out multiple times asking to speak with upper management, and no one has responded. I’ve supported this studio consistently and done my best to follow their policies, but living with a chronic illness is unpredictable. To be told one thing when signing up and then denied any understanding now is unacceptable. This is not how you treat loyal clients — and it’s especially not how you treat people with medical conditions. Do better!!!!! Looks inclusive online, but in real life? No accommodation at all! The instructors here are great, and I truly appreciate them. There is also a newer staff member, Alexis, who has been very kind and helpful—keep her. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the front desk or management. The overall experience with those running the studio has been consistently unaccommodating and disappointing.

  Club Pilate in Hallandale change my life . This studio is a welcoming and a beautiful space with very knowledgeable instructors, it became part of my daily life routine , I feel so much better after a class my flexibility has increased 🙏 as well as my strength and shape 🩷. I became a pilate advocate . Thank you .

  The staff is so lovely, The manager is the best, classes are amazing, and it’s my safe place. Best pilates studio i’ve tried!!

  I really like Club Pilates. It's efficient and well-organized. The classes are well-planned, and you get what you came for. The atmosphere is pleasant, and it's worth the monthly fee. Pilates is my remedy for joint pain; I've been practicing it for 6 years. I'm very satisfied with Club Pilates, which I've been attending for 9 months.

  Good luck getting a spot. Booking is a nightmare. On the weekend one has to pray for someone to cancel to see if the waitlist moves you up, and hours are not always the same so you have to plan your life around their classes if you want to get any exercise. They won't let you book two classes in a row, they won't let you cancel if you're sick, and if God forbids your plans change less than 12 hours prior to the class, they are merciless taking your credits and will happily and unapologetically do so. They would even consider it a full class if you attend a trial one, which is only half hour, but you had no choice because that's the only thing available. Classes are good, management is terrible, never on the customer's side. I'll be canceling my membership, it's been a waste of money, a constant headache, and I was not able to benefit from it at all not because classes are not good but because they make it impossible for you to actually attend on a regular basis.
