  This is a policy complaint across all Mid-Florida locations. As a busy mom of 3 trying to set all our appointments as a family together is huge when choosing providers. I've gone to Mid-Florida Clermont location for almost 20 yrs. They will not allow a family to book more than 2 appointments a day. That is extremely inconvenient when you are talking logistics and busy family schedules with school, work and extracurriculars. When an eye Dr. Appt already is a dual appt. To come back for the fitting after prescriptions arrive. To then have to multiple that by 2 or 3 because now they'll have to see a 3rd on an individual appointment. You can only imagine my frustration after going through all the additional insurance Info and booking at a different location because the Clermont doesn't see children under 5 only to find it my family couldn't be seen all in the same day!!!!😡 NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY BUSINESS!!!!

  Seemless experience from check-in to check- out. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Ivy at checkout was great !

  I needed cataract surgery and while looking for a good doctor to perform this procedure, I came across Dr. David Loewy. I have astigmatism and Dr. Loewy did a very thorough examination of my eyes and explained how he would perform the procedure. Initially I was somewhat apprehensive, but Dr. Loewy set me at ease by answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He even called me the evening after the procedure to check how I was doing and to answer any questions I might have. I'm very thankful to Dr. Loewy for all he has done for me. The blurriness is gone, and I can see clearly again. His staff is wonderful. Too many names to mention here. A special thanks to the surgery staff. They were awesome. If you need cataract surgery, I will strongly recommend Dr. Loewy.

  I had a great experience, thanks to Nitchel! She was very professional, patient, and helpful. I was pretty indecisive when choosing frames, and she gave clear, honest advice that made the process much easier. I was also extremely tired and needed extra clarification on a few things, and she took the time to explain everything without any frustration. Out of everyone there, she was by far the nicest and most attentive. Highly recommend asking for Nitchel as your optician.

  I recently had an eye problem and visited the office without an appointment. Sonia at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and said she would see what she could do to fit me in, even though I didn’t have an appointment. I truly appreciated her effort and positive attitude. The doctor and assistants were also very professional and kind, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the care I received and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend! Thank you very much ❤️
