It was real hot while we were waiting. The front desk is very nice and helpful. We had to wait an hour to see Dr Bastein Montperious! The app was 1:15 pm. We saw her at 2;00 and was out at 2:20PM. Not bad at all!The air conditioning went on She is a great Dr and worries about her patients.’

I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I receive from Dr. Bastien and his wonderful front desk staff. Every visit is welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr. Bastien is attentive, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to understand his patients’ needs—his compassion and expertise make me feel well cared for each time I come in.
I want to give special recognition to Nurse Practitioner Ms. Elizabeth, who is exceptional. She is patient, thorough, and always goes above and beyond to ensure I understand my treatment and feel comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism make a huge difference in my overall experience.
Thank you to Dr. Bastien, Ms. Elizabeth, and the entire team for providing such exceptional service and care. I truly appreciate everything you do!

I originally liked the practice, but communication seems minimal lately. I first went in October as a new patient and saw Dr Bastien as a new patient, the appointment was smooth, and she even took the time to sign my paperwork for accommodations (Through the American’s Disability Act) at my job cause I have a sleep disorder. I had to get my accommodations renewed since we are in a new year (I was unaware they expired) and Dr Bastien was not available until March so I saw Dr Ofori-Attah. My appt was at 3:45pm. She did not want to sign my paperwork, “My assistant can do that and you can pick that up next week when they are in” (I taken time off to go to this appt, and I moved since Oct, making this location 30 mins from me without traffic 40 mins with). She then questioned in a offensive tone “What does a sleep disorder have to do with your job” mind you, I almost LOST my job before I was diagnosed because I fell asleep on the clock.Mind you, she was only RENEWING the forms, this isn’t anything new (As if my history isn’t in my records). The office they didn’t have the previous form signed on file, so I had to go the extra mile and email them the original documents for reference because it was like pulling teeth to even get them to sign it!! Besides that, she prescribed me Zepbound but my pharmacy said they do not carry Vials and she would need to update RX to injection. This was last Tuesday 2/10/26. It is now 2/19/26 and office has not responded to their fax request, I sent a message in patient portal, mentioned this TWICE on the phone, and when I did have to come back & drive 40 mins to pick up my forms THIS tuesday, I mentioned it to I believe the front desk and I believe it was the MA who walked up and she said “That sounds stupid, but I’ll let her know” and still crickets. Everytime I call after 4pm no one answers. Just tried calling now, no answer. Whenever she finally does update my rx, I do not plan to return. I was willing to deal with the distance because it is hard starting over with a PCP as it is and finding good health care, but it’s not worth the stress. I do believe this is a good practice but maybe internal issues within the office are limiting the efforts to their patients.
