  Sloan is the star of the store. Hands down made my experience here as educational and fun as one could imagine. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained everything clearly. He went through the effort to not only have me trial the inserts in the new shoes but also the ones I brought in. Would recommend coming here to do a foot analysis or just to learn more about orthotics work!

  Thanks to Sloan, I learned more about my feet than I have in 26 years of walking in them! Sloan provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. He was incredibly knowledgeable and able to distill complex foot science into easy to grasp ideas. Almost immediately, he diagnosed the root of my foot discomfort while running. He was also outstandingly patient, approachable, and kind, welcoming all of our questions with enthusiasm and explaining everything thoroughly. I felt like I could comfortably ask him anything and would get a very helpful and honest response. Moreover, he made the foot analysis process very fun and memorable every step of the way (literally). I would recommend this foot analysis session to anybody who finds themselves on their feet a lot, as it was unbelievably eye-opening and enlightening, especially with staff as excellent as Sloan.
