  Very unhappy with my experience at this Target Optical. They originally canceled an appointment on me because the power went out, though they told me it had come back on before my actual appointment time. I took time off of work to make sure I arrived there on time and they rescheduled me for the same time 2 weeks later, which I of course wouldn’t take time off for again. My appointment was at 5:20 and I arrived late due to traffic and having to leave from work, and they refused to see me. They claimed a 10 minute late policy and I arrived maybe 30 seconds after 5:30. I refused to reschedule because that entire situation was ridiculous and infuriating. I’ll find somewhere else to get my eyes checked.

  Dr. Erik is amazing—very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Erik was especially patient while helping me learn how to use my contacts for the first time and made sure I felt confident before leaving. Highly recommend Dr. Erik and the Target Optical team to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a positive experience.

  Target Optical was amazing. Fixes a pair of glasses they said couldn’t be fixed. Yay
