  They’re fast at this location. The phlebotomist I saw was a young/middle age black woman with a shaved head and she was very quick and efficient. She had very good professional rapport and I enjoyed talking to her.

  My experience was fair. The phlebotomist didn’t draw blood directly from my vein she inserted the needle and kept moving it around, painful, until she found a vein.

  Quest's check-in process using a code provided via text makes things so easy. The phlebotomist was very professional and managed to get my blood with only one stick. This is not usually the case for me!

  My husband and I came in to pay our bill. There was no one in the waiting room and we knocked on the glass door so they would know we were there. The 3 people working walked past the glass door multiple times, clearly seeing us standing there and literally ignored us. We waited for 15 minutes before accepting the fact that they weren’t going to help us. There were signs saying to ask if you needed help but clearly that doesn’t apply to this location. Not the first time we’ve had a negative experience here so this time I decided to leave a review.
