    I went early this morning, Saturday, and the process from scheduling the appointment online to checking in at the location was quick and easy. Then I was attended to by a very kind and truly professional person. I felt absolutely nothing when they took my sample, thanks to Ms. LaShonda, who has a wonderful touch. The place was clean and accessible, and I'm truly happy to have them as my providers. Hoy sábado fui temprano en la mañana y el proceso para sacar la cita por Internet hasta el momento de la registracion en el lugar, fue rápido y sencillo. Luego me atendió una persona muy amable y verdaderamente profesional, no sentí absolutamente nada al momento de extraer mi muestra, gracias a la sra LaShonda tiene una mano maravillosa, el lugar limpio y accesible, de verdad que estoy feliz de tenerlos como mis proveedores

    I had a very good experience at my recent Quest appointment, thanks to Whitney, the phlebotomist. She was professional, kind, and put me at ease right away. She made the process smooth and much more pleasant than expected.

    I just moved to Gainesville from Riverview, Florida where I have used Quest 4 times a year for the last 11 years. They have always been so wonderful and I was always very much appreciative of their many kindnesses and professionalism. So it was a great surprise upon my first visit living in Gainesville to find that Quest was equally as wonderful. Bree was my technician and I can't say enough superlatives about her. She was beyond great and I had a great experience.

    I have had really wonderful experiences at the location on Tower, especially the lady I had most recently (Shirley!). I have had to get a lot of blood work done in the last few years to check back up on things and they are extremely kind and keep things moving on time. Everyone I have had there keeps a calm tone no matter how anxious people are about getting labs done. They are kind and efficient. I have to be laid down as a precaution for history of fainting and I get so many lab techs other places who roll their eyes or ask if I can just try sitting up anyway (it’s not in my control and has nothing to do with squeamishness-and sometimes I’m required to fast and that makes it more likely, so I always say no and they get exasperated as if I’m not already embarrassed and worried enough), but that has NEVER happened at the Quest location on Tower Road. They always react very respectfully and like it’s not a big deal-it’s just something some people need. They have me stay laying down for a few minutes and they always check with me a few times before I leave whether I’m feeling good to go. I feel cared for and like they take me seriously.

    EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL for absolutely no reason. I came in today with a test order where I hadn’t realized the barcode was expired - all I said was that I would have to come back another time and for some reason the lady got very nasty saying things like “THIS EXPIRED I CANT DO NOTHING ABOUT THIS HERE” like .. I know I just said I was going to reach out to get a new barcode. I was waiting for her to return my ID and she gets an attitude about how if I want to call about the barcode I need to do it in the waiting room so she can get to other patients… I was not planning on taking up the room… she just had my license and I assumed she’d be giving it back to me… very strange experience because I was polite and understood is was my mishap with the date on the barcode. I will be taking my new barcode someplace else.
