  Brought my son in here urgently due to respiratory distress and Dr Hope was so kind and helpful. The issue was resolved so quickly, bedside manner was incredible, and all my questions answered!

  The check-in process was smooth and efficient, lobby and room was clean and well kept. We were quickly taken back and seen by the provider and received X-rays within a timely manner, however, due to the child being young we were sent to the ER anyways for further evaluation because it was not within her scope/specialty to determine how to treat the broken clavicle. I write all of this to say that while they CAN do X-rays and tell you yes it’s broken or no it’s fine, I would consider going straight to the ER or an orthopedic institution if bones are involved with small children. I was hoping to avoid the ER at all costs due to the possible exposure to severe illness but ended up there regardless, so I caution parents/guardians when deciding where to go for their care. Will I go again? Yes, for certain things I don’t see where it would be an issue. But again use caution. ALSO, they sent us to the ER and did not send the X-ray report, making us have to repeat the X-ray again which I’m sure insurance will love.

  Great experience! We were on vacation and my daughter was feeling sick. We went to the Kids Street urgent care in Gainesville and they were so kind! They got us in promptly and took good care of my daughter!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this pediatric walk-in clinic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, attentive, and efficient. Check-in was quick and seamless, which is such a relief when you have a sick child. They were able to get my daughter seen right away, thoroughly evaluate her, and provide a nebulizing treatment on the spot. I also truly appreciated that they took the extra step to do an X-ray to ensure her lungs were clear and everything was okay. That level of care and attention gave me so much peace of mind. Every staff member we interacted with was compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful for the excellent care my daughter received. Highly recommend this clinic to any parent needing prompt and thorough care for their child.
