I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this facility prior to going today. I registered online to hold my place in que prior to arriving but it wasn’t busy and the provider actually came to check us in because the MA was with another patient at that time. Start to finish was less than an hour and she addressed all of the concerns we had and came up with a solution to help my daughter. She listened to my daughter’s symptoms and spoke directly to her and was able to ask follow up questions in a way that my daughter could understand. I definitely recommend using KidsStreet Urgent Care for any non-emergent issues! You won’t be disappointed ! Also, the facility was extremely clean and welcoming.

This visit was more so reassurance. I was also given more information pertaining to the current issue. I will definitely be back when I need care for myself or daughter.

My son went in for an ear infection with perforation. Was prescribed an inappropriate choice of antibiotic, and when I tried to discuss with the NP she didn’t seem to care or want to talk about it. Eventually prescribed the appropriate antibiotic, but the wrong dose which had to be corrected with a discussion with the pharmacist. Unfortunately this was inadequate care and created a lot of headaches for our family, and we won’t be back.
