  They don't pick up the phone they would defer you over not knowing the donate dates or windos u only get one warning and after that its deferred OK but not like bio plaza more so they additute about policy is like they are a headach a few of them holding on to there jobs and be to much chit chat and funny but not how I would compare corporate pollices like wyh is there additute traps like provoking the patient when we are just saving lives the compasion I share is not in return but only to say o well like im a juge or got juhe blood plasma its ab -

  Last Saturday I want to donate the woman I put the needle in my arm didn't do it properly she told me when the needle was in my arms she stuck it too far after that my arm started bruising I went back in today which is Monday January 26th I was logging in answering the questions when the older woman called my name when I was halfway through she was very rude didn't want to listen and I showed her the bruise and she told me I couldn't donate the way I see it I didn't put the bruise on my arm if they would put professional people in there that knows how to put a needle in without bruising people I would have donated today I go in there to donate for two reasons one that saves life number two I can take care of my two kids as a single father which one of my kids is the third time cancer survivor I'll be going back after the bruise heal not for the employees but to save lives in to make some money they also need to put nicer people and more professional people who knows how to put needles in people's arms
