They block you from donating if you answer certain sexual-related screening questions wrong, even though other blood donation centers do not, which is offensive. The staff conducting the donation process is less than proficient and frequently cause mishaps that put the donors through pain and inconvenience.
- GLGreg LAug 11, 20254.0Be prepared to be there for 2-4 hours per visit! The biggest issue with most of these places is the time spent waiting. The staff try to accommodate but it's useless. The system is not setup to be efficient. I actually hate coming here, but after you've waited two and half hours, it's pointless to leave. If your in a hurry didn't come ever! Ever!-added note Thanks for the reply. I will add I spoke to a staff member the same day I wrote this and she explained staff shortages, high turnover, and equipment play a large role in wait times, and ultimately me complaining. I hope you can address the time issue and get back to the efficiency you are known for.
