- DCDoreen CameronFeb 19, 20264.0I had a complimentary hearing test in January 2026 in response to an offer of a $20 Walmart card for making the appointment. I did not receive the card after the test, they said it would be mailed directly. Weeks have passed and I've inquired again, but with no response. Update: March 19 2026 I received the Walmart card today and have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The clinician was professional, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my hearing problem. I took the one star off for the delay and effort in receiving the Walmart card which could have been avoided if the cards were made available to patients immediately after the hearing test. I have no hesitation in returning to Sandy Freta if I need further help with my hearing.
