And I couldn’t help it I had to ask, you all don’t know the names of the upcoming appointments?? And they reply* we don’t have the books open right now** first red flag ! … I was right at my appointment time, they should at least have an idea of who’s next ? The doctor is still amazing but LensCrafters has went down and It is truly unfortunate to see, the prior desk staff was caring, informative, and you could tell they cared, rather than faking it.
