  The phlebotomist was friendly and very well trained. She knew the ins and outs of all the different tests that Quest offers.

  I arrived with my child (school break) I was immediately turned away, Because of the nature of the visit. (Drug testing) I then asked the tech if there was any possible way my child can simply wait outside the restroom will I collect my sample. The tech proceeded to imply that it was suspicious of me to have my child with me as if I was going to do something illegal. I informed the tech my child is with me because of a school break and I did not intend to bring her into the bathroom with me, my hopes were that she can simply wait for me outside the door in the hallway until my sample was collected. The tech was very unreasonable, made me have my 8 year old sit in a lobby full of strangers all by herself. I have never received such treatment, I will opt to utilize a different facility next time. Hospitality is zero, which is mind-boggling since this is healthcare.
