  I arrived within a few minutes of my appointment time and only waited about 10 minutes. (Some lady arrived 30 minutes before her appointment and was angry that others were taken in before her. Go figure. Our appointments were before hers.) I had THE BEST blood draw experience. Could not even feel the stick when the needle went in, no bruising after, and no discomfort during. This is a big deal for me, because it's the first time in all my decades of life that there was ZERO discomfort and ZERO bruising after. I always come to this location. I was treated so badly by the one in Aventura that I will never go back there. The 17th Street location is worth the drive. It's clean, the staff are kind & considerate, skilled, and will have you in & out in no time.

  It was a great experience. I only waited a few minutes. I was in and out and under 10 minutes. The lady was either Valerie or Veronica was very kind and got blood on the first try. I've had other others try several times before they hit the vein. I really appreciated that. The facility is very convenient, clean and professional thank you so much

  I had to deliver a 24 hour sample to Quest as a follow up to a prior appointment. I made an appointment and the same technician as the week before— Valerie — came out. That made the drop off so simple since she already had done the prior setup. As the time before, Valerie was kind, extremely good and quick. You are lucky to have her. Thank you, Patrick

  I had an early appointment at 6:10 AM at Quest Diagnostics, and the service I received from Rakita (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was truly exceptional. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made such an early morning appointment a really pleasant experience. Her kindness and positive energy genuinely made my morning better. I hope this review reaches her because she deserves to know that her simple act of kindness made someone’s day. Thank you, Rakita, for your wonderful care and professionalism!
