The front office staff could use some improvement when it comes to professionalism and basic business etiquette—there’s definitely room to tighten that up. That said, Dr. Heater completely turned the experience around. She was outstanding—professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. You don’t find many doctors who slow down and focus on the patient anymore, but she does. If the front office aligns with the doctor’s standard, this place would be top-tier.

The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which I really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and professional. However, my interaction with the optometrist felt a bit rushed. While she seemed knowledgeable and competent in her work, her bedside manner was somewhat dry and not very engaging. The exam itself was very quick, and I left wishing that a little more time had been taken to explain things or make the visit feel less hurried. Overall, the office staff made a great impression, but the exam experience itself could benefit from a bit more warmth and time with patients. Because of this, I’m not sure I would refer friends or colleagues at this time.
