  I was treated by Genesis of Ft Walton Beach for radiation of a Stage 3 small cell cancer of the right lung and trachea discovered on 6 January 2025. The staff and Dr Amos were very professional and helped me thru the 32 sessions. The facilities were very clean

  I believe the design treatment plan I received has done a big amount of what it was suppose to do without seeing any of my 2 weeks of Radiation treatment results ,and I’m anxious and ready for hopefully the next phase of treatments they have for me thank you doctors and staff and all who make it work and run so well they do care signed Russell Walls patient

  It is with great pleasure that I share my personal experiences with Genesis Care’s Fort Walton Beach, Florida office. I was referred to Genesis care for a evaluation of newly diagnosed prostate cancer with a intermediate risk. The evaluation initially conducted by Dr. Kupil Puri, my urologist. He strongly recommended the physicians and staff at Genesis care for evaluation of treatment options. I was seeing in a timely fashion, and the status of the disease along with treatment options were explained to me thoroughly and without bias. I was treated primarily by Warren Amos, MD and by his associate James Stevenson MD. I have a very high respect for these exceptional clinicians.   I was being treated for prostate cancer at Genesis and will tell everyone that I was cared for with so much respect and compassion. Everyone there did everything they could to make such a difference in my care through a difficult time in my life. I'm glad to say that the treatment plan the doctor had for me worked so well that I am now cancer free!
