  Yolanda and Joy were awesome over the course of multiple labwork visits I needed to get. Yolanda went out of her way to be accommodating and she has wonderful bedside manner. Super happy with my experience!

  From the system to sign in to the actual drawing of my 9 vials of blood, my experience was most professional. The graphic display of the data helped me understand what I was doing right and what I needed to change.

  My Quest experience was excellent! Check in very easy, zero wait time. easy to get an appointment. I didn't even feel the needle! I enjoyed my connection with the lab tech. I think having the convenience to have lab work done from anywhere is brilliant! I appreciate that my vacation did't put a pause on my medical progress. Thank you!

  Customer service is lacking. I booked online and there was a line at the check-in kiosks when I arrived. By the time I got to the kiosk it was 5 minutes past my appointment time. The system did not accept my confirmation number. The staff did not want to help me even after waiting an additional 25 minutes.
