- DADave AbergMar 30, 20261.0Pro care, buffoon admin scheduling & auth. Had loop monitor scheduled month ago by Dr Mehmood’s office at FWBMC (HCA). I show up, not on schedule. Showed letter week mailed prior, not my mistake, tried adding to schedule but month ago, Crestview office never requested Tricare authorization so no go.. Idiots in action, apologetic but blew this start to finish. Reschedule is month or more wait, choose a REAL office elsewhere if you want trust, this is shameful.
