I have to only use certain equipment to strengthen my left leg from a previous accident two years ago. They have every option available to work on every part of your body that needs attention.

Some but as personable as others, but never rude. The hydro massage beds are to die for after a workout!! The ONLY things I wish were different: more ab machines, as there are only a couple and are usually being used when I'm there and I wish they would keep an eye on, and speak to, people who do not wipe down the machines after they use them. I see a lot of that and it's cringy, but people should know better and be more considerate.
