  Arrived 10 minutes before closing, my glasses had a screw loose and the nice lady at the service was happy to help us and repaired it for free.

  Great experience at this office. Tori and Jordan are great at what they do…they are efficient, friendly, always willing to answer any questions, and very knowledgeable about the services they provide. It’s really a pleasure working with them!

  Alina Was wonderful she was very helpful and got everything perfect for me. In a very short period of time I could ask for nothing more definitely recommend them.

  I have been very happy since the very first day I arrived at the optical shop, thanks to the way I was treated. Alina Hernandez is an excellent person—I highly recommend her. She is very kind; I commend her, as she truly is a wonderful person.

  The San Carlos office of Target Optical in the BEST! I have been going for years and considered changing to Costco but changed my mind because of the excellent service, including a call back from Tori ! She managed to squeeze me in the same day I called. I had a lovely Dr. who explained everything to me and long story short I am getting my new glasses in two weeks !! I only considered changing because I thought it might be cheaper and that San Carlos store is so busy ! You get what you pay for and SERVICE makes all the difference! Thank you Tori and the entire staff for your warm, welcoming and professional service! See you in two weeks !
