  The best experience ever! My dad had his scan appointment scheduled extremely fast, Heather was very nice and helpful. Waiting time was few minutes. Technician (forgot this lady's name) was great, I was even allowed to sit by my dad during the scan which was very nice. Place is clean, spacious and smells new. After our issues with different facility in Naples, we were positively surprised by the service in Fort Myers Genesis Care service and from now this is our to go place. Thank you, keep doing great work guys!

  I would give zero stars if i could. I spoke to Heather on the phone to set up an appointment and asked for someone who could speak spanish. She rudely said there was no one who would help. She also hung up on me and when i called back she said "Well I thought we were done". She did not help at all and was in fact being unprofessionally rude to someone who was asking for help. It's yours job to help if you don't want to help then quit it's not that hard.
