  No reception! There is literally no window to talk to anyone. They walled off the reception area so customers can only "talk" to 2 iPads tapping the screen. I had a simple question but the iPad just kept spitting out "wait in line" numbers, over and over. I tried to find the "talk to human" button, but none exists. I called the phone number of this office, (while standing inside the office!) and surprise.. I got a robot. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous customer experience. All of the staff members hide behind their locked door. Once I got to a staff person they were genuinely helpful and friendly, but the office set up is preposterous.

  Excellent service. I go out of my way to go to this Quest. No bruising. Tech was awesome and personal. I will always go here at the New Hampshire Ct. location.

  I am a very difficult stick. Josiah was the third one who came in and he got it right away. He didn’t judge me he just listened. Thank you Josiah!!!
