  I had a very rough visit here in October including a very long wait time (over 1 hour), multiple pokes, and fainting. I came back today and was seen by Carol. She was very attentive and reassuring with my nerves after my bad visit. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the entire process. Would definitely recommend this place but sometimes waits can be long.

  If I could rate 0 stars it would be more accurate the staff is completely unorganized and messaging system completely useless Had an 830 apt got here at 8:15 checked in and opted in for text messages to wait in car because waiting room was crowded Got text message at 8:53 that they would call my name it i wait ten min and ask how much longer and they said they had called my name at 830 which is bs finally getting seen at 945

  Had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics from start to finish! Scheduling an appointment in advance meant zero wait time — highly recommend doing that. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. A special shoutout to the phlebotomist who drew my blood — she was upbeat, calming, and incredibly attentive. I’ll be honest, I’m not great with needles, but her care and positive energy made the whole experience so much more comfortable than I expected. It’s the kind of thoughtful, patient-centered care that really stands out. Will definitely be returning to this location for future lab work!

  I love this quest and this is the one i been going to for two years now. I hate when i have to get blood done cause you never who is good or not but it has been good for the past few years. I give it 3 star cause most of the staff is very professional and helpful. I have not had this happen to me before where someone blew my vein. Her name was Krystal. Instead of pulling the needle out, she persisted to wiggle the needle inside of my arm. Which is not ok at all. It actually very dangerous to do so. This comment is for a learning experience for her. I still recommend this location but if i ever get her i would not get my blood draw with her for personal issues. So long story short she had to take it from my hand. First picture was 7 hours after and the second picture was 24 hours later. The 3 photo is 48 hours later.

  The lab tech i had was exceptional. It is very difficult to draw blood from my very tiny veins, which I notified her of. She was very patient searching for a vein which was in the hand. It was painless. That never happens to me. There is no bruising or soreness. I thanked her for the painless experience. She was very personable. I want her every time. 😍
