  It was a very quick appointment. One thing that they could do is have a sign as soon as you come in the door to say please check in here so you didn’t go up to the fourth floor and find out that you were supposed to check in on the Ground floor. Very nice very clean. Very polite people

  I am so very thankful that I chose the Orthopedic Center in Ft Meyers and Doctor Follweiler a WONDERFUL SURGEON, that identified my pain and quickly scheduled a surgery for a fractured shoulder. Other surgery hospitals and centers had me waiting days and weeks just for an appointment. The replacement surgery at Lee Hospital could not have been better as they had the best technology and a cheerful staff. I am so delighted that I found the Orthopedic Center of Florida in Ft Meyers and especially Dr Follweiler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Was referred to this office after a fall injury to right arm in February. Was told I could not be seen until May. After insisting I needed help now rather than 3 months from now I was worked in for appointment. Dr. Gomez stated I needed further testing writing the same in his notes, however not actually ordering the tests. Cannot get a response from this office even after tests were actually ordered after numerous calls by me. It is now April and my calls are futile even though I am still in considerable pain. I feel as though I am constantly just chasing my own tail with this medical office. Even receptionists seem grumpy and not helpful at all. Witnessed this not only with myself but with clients in line ahead of me who couldn’t get help or answers for return visits, etc. I’ve been to this office 20 years ago and saw Dr. Collins for wrist injury and surgery. Also later Dr. Mehalik for shoulder injury and surgery. Back then my rating of this office was excellent. I’m not sure what has happened in the last 20 years, however I am seeing my primary care physician in the next few days, and asking for a referral elsewhere. I can only rate this office with a very poor rating today.

  What a terrible experience. First off, the visit was a joke. The doctor didn't diagnose my issue and seemed more interested in sending me downstairs to try on a pair of generic inserts that I could have bought at Wal-Mart. I'm sure they get a kick-back from the supplier for every pair they sell. Then, they bill me for services that did not even occur ($85.17 for "wrapping of the ankle"). I contacted billing once a month for 9 MONTHS! Each time I was told a manager would call me back, but nobody ever did. This happened 8-9 times. I finally "forced" the issue and management was very condescending and bragged about the doctor's "care" without even listening to my side of the story. Then I got a call from the doctor's assistant saying that my paperwork was being transferred. In other words, he was "firing" me as a patient. As if I would have gone back to him to begin with. What a joke of a doctor visit and billing department. STAY FAR AWAY.

  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sirutus and truly cannot say enough good things about the care I received. I was seen for cervical pain, and from the very beginning of the appointment he made me feel comfortable, heard, and taken seriously. Dr. Sirutus took the time to listen carefully as I explained what I had been experiencing. He never rushed me and made sure he fully understood my concerns before discussing anything further. That alone meant a lot, because it’s rare to feel that level of attentiveness during a medical visit. What impressed me most was how clearly and thoroughly he explained everything. He walked me through possible causes of my pain, what he was looking for during the evaluation, and what treatment options might help. He has a way of explaining things that is both very knowledgeable and easy to understand, which made me feel much more at ease about my situation. Dr. Sirutus is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very compassionate. He made sure I felt comfortable asking questions and took the time to answer them in a way that made me feel confident and informed about my care. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. It is such a relief to find a physician who combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion the way Dr. Sirutus does. I left the appointment feeling reassured and confident in the care plan moving forward. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with pain or looking for a physician who truly listens and takes the time to provide exceptional care.
