Apparently there is a new doctor on staff at Gulf Coast and the website shows hours of operation but I’ve spent three days calling and don’t get an answer or a voicemail. Today I called the main store number to ask if the optical was still in business. They said yes and tried to contact optical for me but couldn’t reach them either. Customer service needed to take my number to walk to the optical dept to ask them to call me. Update: I still haven’t heard from optical.
