She’s pushy about selling the most expensive frames, ignores budget concerns, and is rude and dismissive. When we called to get our prescriptions emailed, she refused to confirm the email, which delayed everything by two days. Our info is also always entered wrong, making each visit a hassle. After two bad experiences, we’ve decided not to return. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Hope Susie finds a hobby.

His are cut and ready less than a week after his appointment and mine are STILL sitting uncut after 2 weeks. Poor time management
